The Special Adviser to the Katsina State Governor on Political Parties Affairs, Alhaji Shafi'u Duwan, has formally expressed his profound appreciation and commendation to His Excellency, Malam Dikko Umar Radda, PhD, for the peaceful and visionary conduct of the All Progressives Congress (APC) leadership elections across the state.
